I am a mixed bag of emotions today. Stephen better hold onto his hat! Seriously, I'm happy he's growing up, it's soooo fun to watch babies turn into kids. He is at this stage where he's still a baby in a lot of ways, but a big kid in many more. Today, I'm making an Elmo cake for him and we're having some family come over. We'll have his party next Saturday (thinking the 4th of July weekend might not be so great).
Stephen made this great video montage of the past two years. The song is so fitting to how I'm feeling now, lets see if I can upload it on this stupid blogger.
Off to the festivities! We are taking David to the aquarium... even though it is a major rip off. $20 a ticket?? To look at fish? But I did it last year and I really wanted to take him again on his birthday. I'm into traditions!
